The work that keeps the club running, finally on the record.
Every club has the same people. The one who runs practice when the coach can't make it. The parent who ferries equipment. The volunteer who's been on the board for six years and never asked for anything. Extol turns their work into a record — one the club can point to, and one they can carry with them.
What Extol does
Create an activity, members check in, the record persists. A season becomes a history. Multi-year volunteers become people with a portfolio of what they built.
Every vote, every proposal, every dissent — recorded and signed. When someone asks at the next AGM “did we decide that?”, there's an answer the whole board can see.
Every purchase entered, every reimbursement confirmed by a second coordinator. When a parent asks where the registration money goes, you point them to the record instead of scrambling for receipts.
What Extol is not
For clubs with a hall of fame or a long institutional memory
If your club has been around long enough to have a hall of fame, an honor roll, or a wall of thank-yous, you already know the problem: the record lives in one binder in one closet, and half of what mattered isn't in it. Extol is where that record becomes searchable, exportable, and legible to the next generation. Not as a substitute for the wall — as the version the wall can point to.
